A double room is available in my house in Linlithgow. It's in the Springfield area on the east of the town, 10-15 minutes' walk to the station and town centre.
We're a friendly, relaxed family of 3 (me + 2 kids, one at uni), often out and about, plus 2 dogs (love company, not allowed upstairs).
The house has 4 bedrooms, with large lounge, dining kitchen, utility room, 3 bathrooms/toilets and garden. The bedroom available is approx 10 sq m and is furnished, including a kingsize bed.
Cost: £400 per calendar month for one person; £600 for a couple (bills included).
