I have one single room and a double for rent in a house in dedridge, livingston. furnished. For single occupancy only. My house is a 5 min walk from the almondvale centre and a 2 min walk to bus stop for anyone travelling to edinburgh. There is a local health centre, shop and community centre close by.
The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs.
I require a months rent in advance or one week in advance if you are weekly paid and a deposit of £200 which will be returned to you when you when your tenancy ends providing you give one months notice and there is no damage to the room.
