I am a single guy working shifts and have a 3 bedroomed house with 2 single rooms available for a sole occupant. One is furnished as a bedroom with a double bed whilst the other can be used for storage/sitting/study room by the prospective tenant.
There is a shared kitchen, utility, bathroom and dining space and I use the living room as my own space.
The house is normally quiet, clean, tidy and decorated to a good standard with new carpeting in the bedrooms.
I would ask for a £400 deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay if conditions are kept. I would not ask that you contribute to bills and can accommodate a professional or mature student. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
