Large Double Room in apartment

I have a large double room to rent in my apartment located in beautiful South Queensferry. It’s a very quiet area only a short walk from town centre. If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. It is short walk to train station taking you to Edinburgh city centre or the airport in 20 minutes.

The room is fully furnished and has a large desk for home working. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. Wifi, SkyTV, gas, electricity and council tax is included in rent.

I have a small dog, a cockapoo that is a real character but very friendly once she has met you. She will never be alone with you in the apartment.

I work as a gym instructor and I am also an international athlete and coach so I can often be away from home. My girlfriend currently lives in Sweden and stays here on her visits.

I enjoy sports, going to the gym, walking, cooking and travelling. I’m looking for a non smoker, and not to noisy.
