Seaside Double Room in Heart of South Queensferry

Hello,

I have a double room available in my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat (own bathroom). There is a shared living room and kitchen as well as a shared enclosed garden and storage shed for a bike. There is off street parking in a free public carpark close by. The flat is located on a very quiet cobbled street just 30seconds walk to the beach and South Queensferry high street. Dalmeny train station is a 15minute walk away and has direct links to Edinburgh and Glasgow. South Queensferry is bordered by three country estates so there is plenty of green space locally too to walk and cycle with easy access the hills too if you have a car.

I'm a 29 year old female professional working as a renewable energy and environmental consultant. I also volunteer as RNLI lifeboat crew too. When things open up I'm often away with work or in my campervan surfing, hiking or swimming. I'm friendly and tidy, happy to grab a drink or a cuppa/cake and chat but also very respectful of space and privacy.

Any new flatmate must love dogs! I have a large white, smelly, barky, hairy labradoodle. He is the worst ever third flatmate, he never tidies up and does not understand personal space.

My current lodger moves out in August to live with her partner. You are more than welcome to chat to her about the room/me/the dog/location before hand if helpful too.
