An historic stone cottage, near the high street of South Queensferry and the infamous Dune bakery. Garden views (public), which includes an orchard of apple and pear trees.

2 private rooms are included in the monthly rent - a bedroom and living space. Shared space includes a recently renovated kitchen with gas hob (for the chefs), a bathroom with excellent water pressure (no flat hair) and a washing machine and tumble dryer (no scratchy towels).

There is a wonderful community in The Ferry and I have fantastic neighbours. Have your morning coffee or enjoy a summer sunset on the old harbour walls. Take up sailing or rowing at Port Edgar, walk to the beach via Dalmeny Estate.

There is free public parking on site. Scotmid Co-op, Queensferry medical practice and pharmacy are right across the street. Edinburgh city centre is easily reached via Dalmeny train station (15 min walk) or the bus stop right outside the house. Edinburgh airport is a 15 minute drive. All bills included in the monthly rent, which includes fast fibre broadband and Netflix.

I enjoy people who can co-create an enriching shared experience. I respect the need for solitude as I require my own. Deep cleaning of common spaces is rotated weekly and consideration of each other is highly valued.

I work from home, with the occasional travel. I have an animal science professional background and enjoy mindfulness practice, nature, tea, books, coastal rowing, salsa dancing, and the arts.
