I love being outdoors when I can. Long walks, fresh air, sunshine and when I’m home, I like to unwind with a book or a bit of quiet time. I’m not much of a party person, and I value a chill, clean space.
Council tax is included in rent but gas and electricity is not. The extra normally comes to around £50 each in summer and £70 each in winter due to heating.
We have a great relationship with the landlady who is lovely and if anything needs a fix it will be completed very quickly
