I'm a friendly professional who's out a lot and I stay away with work so you'd often have the place to yourself .
Tesco is 2 mins walk away with buses to fife and Edinburgh .
Dalmeny station is 15 mins walk away which take 17 mins into edinburgh .
I must point out I have no TV however I have high speed internet. I only stream movies to my laptop .
