Nice bright ensuite room in historic house

I have a room to rent in my lovely house in Torphichen. The room is en suite, bright, quiet and comfortable. It has a nice white metal double bed and optional desk and chair, as well as small sofa. There is also huge Sony TV if that's something that would be good/useful, but it does not have to reside in that room.

I am looking for a really pleasant person to share our house. I have two young children - we're fairly neat and tidy and not super noisy!

I love cooking, music, and art and am fairly sociable, however due to childcare responsibilities I am not socialising hugely right now; I'm looking for someone pretty calm who feels like settling in to country life for a while.

Bills for the room come to £150-200 - I charge a portion of the council tax and gas/electric (roughly a quarter of the household bills).

We have a good sized garden, with a veg plot and a pretty patio area with chairs. Lovely sun trap for a cup of tea!
