Luxury double room

My house is a four bedroom new build property in heartlands development next to Whitburn. Quiet residential area, with quick access to junction 4a of the M8, and equal distance between Glasgow and Edinburgh.

I am a live in landlord, in a 4 bedroom detached house and have one other room to let out, as I have a long term tenant in another room. All bills included, including Sky, Wifi, phone, council tax and electricity and gas included. No smokers please!

My home has a living room, kitchen, dining room, large garage, large garden with decking and patio area. Tumble drier and dishwasher also.

You will require your own bedding for the room. You will have main use of the family bathroom - the other two rooms have en-suites.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, two ikea storage fixtures, ottoman and chest of drawers.

I'm an easy going landlord and Flatmate, I like to watch telly and have a wee glass of wine or a G&T and spend my days off with family or friends, pretty standard!

I have a minimum three month lease, but this is only due to a bit of a weird previous tenant 🙄 I am looking for a longer term arrangement if that suits you...

M8, and situated in between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

I've had a few enquiries from students studying in Edinburgh, unless you have a car, it will not be suitable, sorry!

Lastly, I have two Labradors, they are very friendly and love cuddles! My other tenant has a small friendly cavachon. If you don't like dogs, or are unsure of them, this will not be the room for you.
