The location of the property is great, and an easy commute to Edinburgh, there are frequent buses from right near the property, into the city or a train from Linlithgow. Driving to Edinburgh airport is 15 mins to give you an idea.
Located in WInchburgh, which has some supermarkets, a gym, a lovely park, great walks and a marina and is very up and coming.
The Pentlands hills, which you can see from the living room, are on the doorstep and we are close to all amenities in the upcoming area of Winchburgh.
The room is a single room. It has storage space, and a small built-in wardrobe and feels nice and cosy. Ideal for someone who doesn't have a lot of 'stuff' and wants a nice space to live in.
The property has great WIFI, a nice shower room, central heating and a nice private garden.. please note it is a shared bathroom. (Not an en-suite)
I would be the live-in landlord/owner. I'm a professional, sometimes working from home but out and about quite frequently. I'm friendly, welcoming and really easy to get along with.
This house would suit a quieter student /professional who is also down to earth and prefers a quieter space to live in.
Although I am sociable and like the occasional evening out, the house has more of a quieter chilled vibe, so if you are into your partying most weekends and want to bring people back to the property, unfortunately, this is probably not the right place for you.
