Large well decorated room (approx 17 ft x 12 ft) plus own fully equipped small kitchen. Good heating in cosy, well cared for, Edwardian terrace with period features and garden. Quiet house and road. The rent includes everything, and, yes, there is wifi. We are popular with slightly older profs who want reasonably priced accommodation in a more peaceful type of set-up. (Just noticed that we are defined in the quick details as offering a shared living-room. We may occasionally socialise with tenants if we have shared interests, but this is a traditional bed-sitting room. The tenant has their own sofa and easy chair.)

Acocks Green is a safe, well-established, traditional, area. It has a proper centre with good shopping and transport facilities. Trains to either Birmingham City Centre, or Solihull, take 6-10 mins. The station is at the end of the road. We are also a favourite area for people who work at, or near, the airport or the N. E. C. We are close to both, but not in any flight paths.
