- cupboard fully stocked with all kitchenware inc. pots, pans, plates, mugs, bowls, cutlery etc.

We are a full time working professional couple with a big house and would like to have a professional housemate join us.

The room is a double room, furnished and very spacious. Bedding, duvet, pillows all provided.
Furniture includes double bed, tall bookcase, settee and small coffee table.
Central heating.

Bills & broadband included. So you will just pay a single payment of £450/month.

Deposit is £200 and is returned when you leave.

Train station is right up the road with direct trains dropping you off in Birmingham Town Centre within 7-10minutes and buses into Birmingham and Solihull.

A few minutes walk to nice shopping centre that has supermarkets, banks, cafes, opticians, late night pharmacy and a nice little Italian restaurant along with pizza places.
