The room has a double bed and is on a separate floor from my room. It has a bathroom next to it. It’s in a good location with a bus service to coventry city centre and also has a driveway if you drive. All bills included (minus food). I have white goods such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The house should be kept tidy, as long as you clear up after yourself I don’t mind what happens :) The house is quiet and there is plenty of space! Also has bus access to Birmingham if needed!
