REGRETTABLY, DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS), CURRENT GOVERNMENT ADVICE AND WITH THE SAFETY OF MY CURRENT LODGER IN MIND, I AM UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANYONE INTO THE HOUSE UNTIL LOCKDOWN HAS BEEN LIFTED. HOWEVER, I AM HAPPY TO CONTINUE TO RECEIVE ENQUIRIES FOR THE NEAR FUTURE. SORRY.

Good accommodation in a good neighbourhood, in a good town.

The house is a semi-detached, located just 7 minutes on foot from Stourbridge town centre, 7 minutes from Stourbridge Town train station and 2 minutes from the bus route into Birmingham. Driveway parking is available and there is plenty of street parking available in front of the house and opposite. There is a patio area and the garage provides ample storage space. Neighbours are quiet and decent and it is a very low crime area.

The room is a South facing single bedroom at the front of the house and contains a single bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, and shelves.

The upstairs bathroom has bath with shower, bidet, WC, wash basin and heated towel railings. There is also a second toilet and wash basin downstairs.

The kitchen contains a washing machine, gas cooker/grill, microwave, dish washer and large fridge-freezer. There is also a tumble-drier in the garage. Wi-Fi is fitted for your leisure and smoke alarms for your safety, and the house has central heating and has been EPC rated as Good.

If you are a professional person with a busy, responsible job, who is in full time employment. and you are a well mannered, clean living, considerate individual of a peaceful disposition, then please get in touch and come and take a look.

Rent includes all bills (except landline), council tax, TV licence, Wi-Fi, etc. There are also smoke alarms fitted. Also included in the price, is a professional cleaner who comes in every 2 weeks.

In addition to a damage deposit, a holding deposit of £80 will secure the room and allow you to store items in your room prior to your arrival. This deposit can be offset against the rent, once moved in.

Accidental damage deposit and first rent is payable on the first day of occupancy.
