Furnished double room with separate bathroom on private floor, situated in a large 5 bedroom, 3 story country house. Large shared drive with your own parking space. Communal kitchen, garden and use of white goods. Room & bathroom is cleaned every two weeks and the bedding is changed, all of which is included in the price. There is the option to have a cooked evening meal and laundry done for a small additional charge. Beautiful country views and walks along the canal are on your doorstep and there is a local eatery and club a stones throw away. A large Tesco's, restaurants, cinema complex, the M69 and the M6 are literally down the road. University Hospital is 3 miles away.

The house is occupied by myself, my partner and my 10 year old son and another male lodger. A dog also resides in the property downstairs, so you must like/tolerate dogs.

Smoking and taking of drugs is not allowed anywhere in the property! There is a smoking area in the garden.
