Couple, professionals and students who work and study in city centre , will find it easy to travel.
Internet is super fast 100mb with 2G and 5G network and unlimited download data.
For couple rent is 450£.
Parking = off street parking.
Very big backyard, ideal for walking.
Close to one stop shop
Close to Aston motorway junction .
Room, bathroom and kitchen are newly painted.

The rent is divided into following:
Room rent : £300
Council tax+ water+ internet = £68
(Subjected to the price increase)
Energy bill : it will be divided between 3 persons. So it will depend on the usage .
There is no fix amount towards rent because of energy cost . So total rent will be £368+ your share in energy bills (3rd part)
