Hi!
I’m Emily. I’m 27, a teacher and have been in the house for a year.

The room available is in a two-bedroom mid-terrace house. It’s less than 5 minutes walk to Bearwood High Street, Lightwoods Park is just at the end of the road and Warley Woods is just around the corner. There is on-street parking.
There is a dining room/office, a living room, a kitchen as well as a downstairs cloakroom.
The room has a view of the lovely back garden. It is unfurnished but there may be a possibility to buy a bed and mattress from the outgoing tenant as well as a chest of drawers and wardrobe. Please contact me for more information.
The rest of the property is currently furnished with my furniture, but there would be room for yours if you have some too!
I have quite a busy work life so appreciate time to myself when I get home. That being said I am also up for the occasional drink out, night out, takeaway or night in :) I am vegan and would prefer to share with a veggie/vegan to avoid kitchen drama. I enjoy reading, travelling and learning languages as well as cooking!

- roughly £123 a month each

The landlord would like references and 3 months of bank statements before approving.
