Double Room in lovely house in Bearwood Birmingham
Lovely double room in Bearwood in between high street & Warley Woods. It’s a 2 bedroom terrace in a nice clean safe road with plenty of amenities nearby. I collect Vintage furniture so the house is furnished in that style, with dining room, living room, kitchen & nice modern large bathroom with bath & shower, very large rear garden, fully double glazed & central heated.
The room on offer is located overlooking rear garden, double bed, will be newly with modern furniture.
I am a 37 year old gay male who works in hospitality, I’ve recently moved from London & new to the city, I’ve got lots of interests & like socialising, wine, cooking, furniture, gardening, travelling, driving & cars.
I’m pretty outgoing & social, difficult in these times obviously but also like my quiet time at home, I watch Netflix etc but quite in to current affairs programmes,
I travel down to London a fair bit and love to get about & discover new places & meet new people.
I’m gay but have friends male & female, straight & gay & not particularly bothered about what my new Flatmates orientation is, it’s compatibility living wise which counts.
I’d prefer to share the cost of a cleaner weekly or fortnightly if cleaning is an issue.
Somebody in work wanted & non smoking preferred.
I’m open minded regarding a pet 😀
