Spare Room Available – Bearwood, Birmingham

Hi! I’ve got a lovely spare room available in my home in Bearwood, and it’s a bit of a unique setup that could be perfect for the right person.

The room currently has a single day bed that pulls out into a king-size, but I’m very happy to swap this for a small double if you’d prefer. There’s also a wardrobe and under-bed storage, and I can add a desk and office chair if you need a space to work from home.

The house includes:

- All bills included (no hidden extras)
- Sky TV and fast WiFi
- Smart home setup
- Main bathroom plus a second toilet
- A garden to enjoy when the weather’s nice
- Free, on-street parking if you drive
- Great bus routes into Birmingham City Centre

What makes this place a little different is that I’m often in London staying with my partner, so the house is empty a lot of the time. In reality, that means you’ll often have the whole place to yourself, which is pretty rare for a house share!

Every now and then, I (and sometimes my partner) will be back in Birmingham. We’re both friendly and easygoing, and it would be great to find someone who’s LGBT-friendly and up for the occasional chat or hangout when we’re around.

It’s a really good deal if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, flexible, and a bit more private than your usual house share.
