- Double bedroom very spacious with garden view, is not ensuite but family bathroom that is shared is right by it and a downstairs toilet.
- Comfortable bed with a mattress topper and really comfortable mattress, a wardrobe and a dressing table with mirror.
- Currently there is 3 of us in the property and we are all professionals. One of us works 3 days that can vary per week from home from 6pm to 5:50 am and it is important that others respect the silence and working space.
- We have a conservatory fully furnished facing the back garden with a TV that can be used by anyone when Living room is occupied by me working or you can bring your own TV to have in the bedroom.
- Bedding is not provided unless previously requested for extra £10. You will have a fully equipped kitchen shared and therefore is very important to wash up and clean after using anything.
- Washing machine is also available as well as fast free wifi and off road parking.
- As is a professional environment visitors are not allowed to stay for over two hours at the time and no sleepovers are allowed.
- All guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and maintaining clean and tidy any communal area used.
The house is extremely clean and tidy at all times and us owners and current guest do our best to remain as that and would be great to find someone that can fit in with us.
We would prefer a female full time professional but no issues having male as well as long as everyone can put up with the house rules regardless if male or female. Photo of the bedroom are recent but bare in mind that bedding is not provided as stated before.
