Single room in a 4 bed house

We are 2 professionals living in a 4 bed house in Binley near Morrison. Unlike other rough area in Cov, the neighbourhood community here is very safe and nice with low crime rate so insurance for car is cheap. Morrison, B&Q, Lidl, and Warwickshire shopping centre are literally 5 mins walking distance away. Access to motorway is 2 mins drive so no traffic jam.

We are very clean, considerate and friendly people interest in football, movie, board game, badminton, table tennis, tourism etc.

If you are like minded people, we are happy to welcome you joining us.

The single bed room is very small but has everything you need, a desk, a wardrobe and small extendable bed. You will share bathroom and toilet with one of us. Parking space is allocated to you as well.

You also have access to a nice garden and living room. additional luggage can be stored in garage.

We also have a double room available for 500 per month if you prefer bigger room.

*P. S. if it is a short stay for less than 3 months, it is £450 for single bedroom and £550 for double bedroom.
