I am looking for a professional (or mature student) to rent my double spare room (part furnished). Preferably mon-fri but would consider 7days/week also.
I have a new build semi-detached house, small garden and drive parking (my car)with a shared visitor space but there is street parking. Shared bathroom, small kitchen and good sized lounge. Virgin TV. No broadband at the moment purely because I use my work laptop/dongle but would be happy to get it installed.
Looking for £350/month inc bills.
I work full time mon-fri with on-call at weekends. I have a small dog but he's very tame and playful. I am easy going, chatty, like meeting up with friends, going to gym classes couple times a week or just relaxing at home.
