The house is a modern 3 bedroom house with all mod cons, and has friendly light hearted tenants.

There is 2 room up for rents. We strongly recommend that you view them to appreciate the space and built in storage with a cupboards.

1st double room is en-suite, furnished with cooking facilities

2nd double studio room with its own garden - will be £150 per week for a couple or £110 for a single person.

Fully furnished and with carpeting, bedding, a chair, a dressing table

Seven minutes to the city centre plus on street parking.
Three minutes walk to a major bus routes.
