Hi all!

I am looking for flatmate to my flat located in Birmingham city centre near The Cube.

The flat is two bedrooms, two bathrooms (your bathroom is separated of your bedroom and has a bath), living room (high and tea table with a corner leather sofa-bed) with kitchen fully equipped (microwave, big fridge with freezer, big dishwasher and wash machine with dryer) and the best thing is a big terrace/balcony faced to the South so it is a flat with a lot of light and warm. Moreover, open wide car park is available inside of the residential area.

The rent of the flat is £950 per month so you need to pay £475. Including council tax, G&E, water and internet will be up to around £575. Really good bills! I would be happy to break down the bills when we meet.

It is vital to be a clean, tidy and responsible person. We will share the cleaning of the common area every week so it would be required a high clean standards.
