What's included: shared use of living room and separate dining room; large bathroom with free standing designer tub; separate toilet and another toilet downstairs; fully equipped kitchen with range oven; large fridge freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; spacious "lounge" area off kitchen with 4 seater sofa, wine fridge and homemade "bar", perfect place to relax. WiFi, Netflix and Now TV all included. Rent also includes a cleaner every fortnight.

The Area: the house is a stone's throw from King's Norton Green, where you can enjoy plenty of amenities, such as: a fab Indian restaurant with upstairs cocktail bar; hairdresser and barber; pharmacy; a brand new co-op supermarket; a historic pub; and the beautiful church and grounds of St Nicholas. King's Norton Park is on your doorstep, perfect for an evening stroll or jog.
