About the house

So the house is a 3 bedroom corner house in great barr. In walking distance to a large ASDA and has easy bus routes into city centre (takes usually about 15 mins) there is also a gym a short walk away and some pubs/restaurants.
I am looking to rent out a room (it is available from the 1st November)
It is fully furnished with wardrobes, draws, a bed and a TV, the TV has sky connected into this bedroom.
Other rooms in the house....
So there is a living room, kitchen diner, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom, and two other bedrooms. The whole house is fully furnished and a cleaner comes once a week to keep the house nice and fresh!
There is a large front garden and back garden as well as a garage, obviously all the rooms except the other two bedrooms will be communal areas. Cupboard spaces will be given in the kitchen and I’m happy for you to use my places, pans etc...
