Spacious bedroom in modernised Victorian house available for a lodger. You will be living with 2 other people and a 🐕 in a non smoking, gay, European household. The dog lives on the ground floor only. There are 2 bathrooms one of which will be for you to use.

We keep the house clean and so should you, so you would need to clean your room and bathroom regularly. The bedroom comes furnished and there is WiFi in the house.

You will need to be in full time employment and provide:
2 references (employer, ex landlord)
Proof of ID (passport, driving licence or ID card)
The deposit is a month's rent which will be held by the owner.
