Very sociable individual who enjoys having friends over to have dinner/drinks or go out into the centre with mates. This is an LGBT friendly house and require any potential new housemates to be ok with this.

The house is a beautifully presented period property which retains many of its original Victorian features. It has been decorated to an exceptionally high standard and furnished throughout with high-quality furniture to create a modern and sophisticated look with a nod to its Victorian roots.

The current room available is a double and a generous single that is fully furnished with a combination of modern and antique furniture, in line with the of the rest of the house. There are two reception rooms on the ground floor that can be used by any of the housemates at any time along with a modern kitchen and bathroom (with bath and shower). Both the kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating which will be perfect for the cold days to come.

The house is situated 3 miles from Birmingham City Centre, with plenty of public transport links for those without a car. Typically, it takes around 20 minutes to get into the city centre by car during rush hour and only 10 minutes in less busy periods. There is on-street parking available at all times with no parking permit required. Bearwood itself is an historic town boasting a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance of the house. There are two historic parks and woodlands within a five minute walk of the house, definitely worth a walk!
