The property is a house share of 24 rooms (there's only 1 room left). It used to be a pub but it got turned into accomodation couple of years ago.
It's located in the Aston area so it's very convenient for someone who is looking for a place near Birmingham city centre. 15 min walk to Aston university, 20 min walk to Bullring. Also possible to arrive in the city centre by bus in 5 min.
There are 3 toilet facilities shared between 7 rooms, (including the room advertised).
There are 2 large size kitchens in the property with room enough for everyone to cook and place their items. It includes ovens, stoves, 3 washing machines and dryer.
