We are a fairly young couple and live in a spacious 3 bedroom house in South Birmingham. The house has been fully renovated, looks like new and is fully furbished to modern standards.
We have a spare double bedroom available with stunning views to the garden and lots of light coming in even in the winter time. There is plenty of storage space either in the bedroom or in the loft.
The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and plenty of street parking is available. A bus stop to the centre of the city is located just around the corner while a small comercial area with shops/supermarket/gym is just in a 5 minutes walk distance from the house.
The utility bills are all included in the price (including fibre optics internet connection + 55" TV + Netflix + Amazon Prime) and you will have your own bathroom on the ground floor for easy access and convenience. There is a shared kitchen and living room that we all can take advantage off. The house is very clean, warm and the heating is generally left on so everyone can fill comfortable without having to wear their jumpers!!
Front and rear garden for summer bbq's and lots of sunbathing (especially with summers like the last one!) are available.
What we are looking for is young people (or people that feel young and fresh) to have a wonderful stay either for a couple of days/ a week/ a month or more if we get along well!
The price per week is £130, please feel free to ask for an 1/2/3 nights stay if this is something you are looking for!
