Rent includes all bills, gym access and a fortnightly cleaner, as well as 24 hour security.
Secure underground car parking with an allocated space is also included within the rent price. There are 2 other flat mates who are both professionals, clean, tidy and genuinely take care for the flat as if it were their own. Both are keen to cook together, have a few drinks at the pub, or watch Netflix while also understanding the need for personal space.
I would love to still be able to stay here but am moving down to Exeter for work.
