Hi there!

I am a 29 year old post-graduate student in the process of moving into a new property, ready from 1st July.

The property compromises of three bedrooms, the rear reception room serving as fourth bedroom. 2 bathrooms and a large rear garden, located in Selly Oak/Stirchley border. Plenty of on-street parking available and within walking distance to transport links (train/bus).

I will be a live-in landlord looking for two to three other people to share the place with. I do work long hours and am frequently away during weekends. Not a big fan of 'going-out and getting trashed' but do enjoy my occasional festival weekend.

Rent includes bills, except for council tax if applicable. There will potentially be some work done on the roof later on this summer, with reduced rent while work is being carried out. Will consider short-lets during this settling-in period but mostly looking for long-term house mates from September onwards.

Post-graduate/mature students or young professionals, females preferred but am no hard-liner about it...
