The room is located b18 6pj at end of jewellery quarter /beginning of Hockley. The toilets and the other spaces are shared with another tenant.
The landlord occasionally pop in since a room in the house is reserved to his family, composed by his wife and his little nice and quite son, so the house is very clean and tidy all the time.
5 mins from jewellery quarter. Bus stop just in front of the house. Nice neighbourhood. Close to Tesco, Lydl the city centre is 10 mins far by public transport.
