The property is literally 100m from the Bearwood High Street and also just 100m from the Hagley Road providing fantastic transport into and around the city. It is very near to Edgbaston and Harbourne.  You can also hop on and off the national express bus to and from London just around round the corner.

Bearwood is a great place to be. The high street has many shops, Cafes and restaurants including Costa Coffee, Gregs, Aldi, Co op and Argos, along with an amazing Indian restaurant! Oh, and the gym is practically on your door step!
