I have a fully furnished double bedroom to rent in a 3-bedroom house situated in Rednal (SW Bham). The house is warm in winter. Communal areas are kept clean and tidy. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom will mostly be for yourself, as I live in the En-suite room.

I am looking for a friendly non-smoker professional who can keep the house tidy and clean. You would be sharing the house with just myself. I am a software engineer and also the live-in landlord. I am a simple sociable guy enjoys cooking, sports, movies and TV. We can also do our own things, but we don't have to be total strangers.
