The 1 Bedroom Apartment up for grabs consists of all white goods; brand new washing machine, brand new Bosch induction hob, oven, fan extractor and brand new fridge freezer. Also included is furniture such as double bed with new Ikea mattress, a brand new wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a desk and chair. Fully central heated throughout.

The rent is £800 per month (£900 for a couple), this includes all bills. Superfast Broadband WiFi is included. It will be one month's rent (£800) in advance and deposit (£800) which needs to be logged by law with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). This deposit is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy as long as the property is left in the same condition as when the tenancy first started.

Edgbaston, Birmingham’s coolest suburb. It's a leafy, modern development and the houses are set well back from the street so there's hardly any street noise.

Bars, restaurants, clubs supermarkets and shops are just down the road to Hagley Road/five ways roundabout and Broad Street. Close to Birmingham university campuses, Aston university, Birmingham City University, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and City Hospital. Shops such as Tesco, Morrisons and Asda are within walking distance.

It is located in close proximity to City Centre, Sea Life Centre, Cadburys World, Millennium Point and Thinktank Museum.

Who’s there?
Well, at the moment, the property is empty. My builders are working very hard refurbishing the remaining flats.

Im looking for professional, cool, neat, genuinely friendly people who are easy to live with and get along with others in a respectable manner. Students are welcome.

I'm looking for someone who will "keep up" with the "up keep" of the property, and show it the love that it deserves.. A place to call home.

Who am I?
Kamey (me!) has owned the house since June 2018. I can tell you that I'm a responsible, responsive and pretty nice landlord, which is kind of important, considering there seem to be a lot out there who aren't. I'm also very hands on, you will have access to my direct line, if it's an emergency I'll get to you as fast as I possibly can and if it's any other issue eg maintenance, I'll get looked at and repaired within 48 hours.
