My current flatmate is moving out at the end of October and I'm looking to fill her room. The room is a large ensuite room with its own small balcony.
We are less than a ten minute walk to grand Central, about five minutes from the clubs in gay village, and about five minutes from the park.
The flat is on the third floor and there isn't a lift in the building.
There is a secure car park and we have an allocated space that you can use.
I am a professional musician so would need a flatmate who can appreciate my strange working hours, and the fact I do a lot of practicing at home (I try to keep all my noise during office hours though, don't worry!)
