Room to rent in a quiet household in a decent area of Birmingham. Only sharing with one other person. The house is in Pype Hayes/Erdington in a quiet road. Spacious room with double bed (I will have a double bed delivered to replace the current single bed on 22nd January), desk, wardrobe and shelving. All sheets, blankets and duvets supplied. The room is lockable with a key. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room there's also a second downstairs toilet. Amenities in the kitchen include fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine. All cooking utensils are supplied. The rent includes all bills and Wifi at £400 per month for students.

I am the live in landlord. I am a very easy going person so it is a comfortable environment to live in and I am an employee of Birmingham City Council.

The room is definitely bigger than it looks on the photos!
I have been letting this room for the past two years and I have had four previous student tenants, male and females, with ages ranging from 23 to 35. Feel free to enquire for any further information about the room and house.

Large local park and small convenience shops 5 minutes walk.
Lidl and Aldi supermarkets 10 mins walk.
Sainsbury 20 mins.
Very regular direct buses to city centre, 15-20 minutes bus journey (X14 and 67 bus routes).
