The flat is located in a safe and modern complex, with an enclosed courtyard and an easily walkable distance to Birmingham city centre (20-minute walk) and New St train station (15- minute walk).

Rent is £450 p/m. Bills are excluded, but very reasonable and shared equally between us.

We’re two girls in our mid-twenties working in Birmingham. We’ve had the flat for over a year from when it was brand new and we’ve loved living here. However, one of us is leaving the property to move elsewhere and hence, we’re looking for a new flatmate. We’re both clean and tidy, enjoy the gym and socialising when we can! The flat is on a quiet floor with lovely neighbours as well.

Parking may be available within the complex, but is not included.
