I have a room available for ideally a long term let from the end of August in Sutton Coldfield/ New Oscott
I usually let my spare room on Airbnb. I always get 5 * reviews, so its a good sign.
The House-
Parking on private drive on a quiet cul de sac.
20 mins walk to train station- Chester Road or Wylde Green which links to Birmingham in 9 mins, trains run every 10 mins.
15 mins walk into Boldmere high Street with bars and coffee shops
25 min walk to Sutton Park (5 min drive)
Easy M6 access
A double bedroom with a 4 x integrated wardrobes and a comfy bed available in a house share with just me, a friendly NHS professional. The house has very good wifi and Virgin TV/ Netflix.
The house is big enough for 2 people with sofas, dining table, as well as the kitchen, garden with seating and bathroom. I am looking for someone down to earth, relaxed, happy and respectful.
