The room is fully furnished to a higher standard than other student accommodations in the area. It is a double ensuite room with all bills included.
The building also has a gym, cinema room, games room and lots of chill or study spaces
The property is in the lively area of Five ways with lots of restaurants and clubs on the doorstep and just mins away from the city centre
The tenant needs to be a student but can be from any uni in the area
The deposit is £250 but has already been paid for..
It's a beautiful room in a great building I just can't take it anymore for personal reasons.
