Due to changing circumstances, I am leaving this fantastic flat-share in the centre of Birmingham.

The flat benefits from a big balcony that goes along the length of the flat and is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The room is spacious, well lit, furnished and has its own bathroom (as the other bedroom is en-suite). The flat is fantastically located on Bath Row, which is only a short walk into the centre of Birmingham. The area around the flat is lovely and quiet, with lots of green space.

If you decide to take this flat, you would be sharing with Antonio who is Spanish and has living in the flat now for a couple of years. Antonio is friendly/sociable and has been a fantastic flatmate, he's clean, funny and helpful (as well as an amazing cook!). The landlord is also great and kick to resolve any issues that arise in the flat.

The rent is £475 pcm - with bills coming to an extra per £70-£90 a month. The move in date can be flexible.
