Spacious Attic Room for £340pcm

Hi, we are Mya and Zoe, two friendly people in our 20s living in Balsall Heath. We’re looking for a new housemate from late July for 12 months.

The house

We live in a comfortable house with plenty of light and high ceilings. There are two reception rooms downstairs one which is a dinning room/study and the other is our living room. We have a modern kitchen and 1 bathroom with a powerful shower. We were the first to move in since the house was renovated.

The bedrooms have excellent light. The available bedroom is the spacious attic room. The room is unfurnished (we furnished the house ourselves but our housemate who is moving in her boyfriend will be taking her bedroom furniture). So ideal for someone looking to make their space their own.

Location

The house is situated on the 35 bus route. It’s a less than 15 minute commute into the city centre by bus. It’s 10 minutes on foot to the Moseley Road for the number 50 bus, Lidl and Moseley Road Baths. There is also easy access to Moseley and Kings Heath on the 35 and 50 buses. Most importantly, we are less than 10 minutes on foot from the most beautiful park in the world, Cannon Hill Park.

Rent and costs

Rent is £340 per month and we share the other costs. We also buy food together and eat together/hang out a lot which you would be welcome to join.
