You will share the kitchen and living room. There are washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, oven and a balcony, basically everything needed. Parking on the street is safe or you can find parking lot for rent.

Your roommate will be a girl who is a young professional and she loves to play piano and the guitar. She expects the coming flat mate to be female.

The rent will be £475/month excluding bills and council tax if you are not student.
