To apply for a room at this property, you must be 30 years or older, as you will be sharing the property with people of similar age group.

As this is Supported Accommodation, you need to be eligible to receive Housing Benefit and in receipt of either ESA/JSA/Universal Credit/PIP or Income Support.
There is a weekly Personal Charge of £15 to cover personal utilities and support costs.
