We are a professional Muslim Indian couple looking to rent out a luxurious room in a domer bungalow conveniently located near the city centre and the spaghetti junction in Gravely hill which is easily accessible to the motorway network and close to universities for rent with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities and own separate entrance all under new construction - so the newly fitted bathroom and a small kitchen which has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave ,a ceramic hob, extractor and a sink will be shared between the two tenants.

All now refurbished to a high standards with high class bedroom furniture in one of the rooms whcih includes a king size bed, 2 bedsides, large mirrored dressing table and a double mirrored wardrobe all in attractive ebony black! There is off road parking with CCTV security and beatifully landscaped gardens with gazebo and garden furniture at the front and back which is fenced all around the bungalow.. very private!

The bedroom is a very good in 14ft"2" x 11ft" 1" large size allowing comfortable living and is furnished to a very high standards and also is accessible to a utility area on the ground floor where a washing machine facilities is available and a conservatory for dining space and a further garden toilet if needed. Also there is a freezer in the utility area for extra storage usage.

Students and professionals will be considered and references will be required on applicants who are interested...an accommodation worth seeing and not to be missed!

The accommodation is available from 15th April 2024 but any interested parties are welcome to view but references will be required and a deposit would secure the room.

We only consider single person at £675 for the room which includes wifi and also all the bills are included!

NB.. Unfortunately we are only looking for single occupancies for the room which will be available from 1st April 2024 so would not consider any couples.
