I have a double room available very close to Birmingham city centre and only one straight road down to the Bullring :) Such a perfect location with easy access to the main roads out of the city, walking distance into the city, Birmingham New Street & Moore Street stations! The apartment is also a 1 minute walk to Digbeth's amazing creative quarter, Custard Factory etc. There is bus route access outside the main door too.

This is the perfect spot for creative types who need easy access to the City Centre.

It's a double room with wardrobes in place. The bathroom and kitchen would be a shared space between us and we have a private balcony that over looks the city. (See below regarding furniture / parking). Room will be supplied with bed and table but if not required, a lower price on the monthly rent can be agreed.

There are 2 x fridge freezers, washing machine, dishwasher oven etc already in place (see photos). Bathroom has a shower over the bath.

About me: I'm an outgoing, British male from London, working in the city centre and often from home too. I'm not much of a party animal nowadays, enjoy meals out and drinks with friends from time to time but mostly like to chill in my spare time.

Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets due to building rules.

The home is LGBT+ friendly and would be suitable for a friendly single person, (no couples) who enjoys a quiet and easy life. Ideally not looking for a party animal or have partners round every other night.

I like to keep the home tidy and would need someone who can keep the bathroom and kitchen tidy after themselves too :)

The room has recently been repainted and carpets cleaned. The home is well maintained by myself :)

The space can be furnished or you can provide your own bed etc and private parking can also be arranged, please contact me for a monthly price for either or both to be included / reduced rent to supply your own bed etc. Potential price could be agreed for Mon-Fri let only (if required). Open to short lets, pretty flexible there.
