Christmas time at the house

We have 2 spaces available in our friendly and sociable house share. We currently have 2 female and 3 Male housemates. We work in a variety of fields including publishing, graphic design, environmental consultancy, and software engineering

We're a very sociable group and enjoy hanging out together in the house, we have a large dining room and living room for house meals and watching films together. We also have a home office! We also socialise quite a bit outside of the house as a group and like to go for meals, to the pub or out into town at the weekends.
We're also friends with a few of the other grad community houses nearby so there's a good network of people around.

We have a lot of space for 'work from homers' including a dedicated downstairs office space and desks in bedrooms.

It is a big Victorian house with lots of character, we have a huge garden where we have built a bar, bbq and pizza oven and we tend to live out there in the summer!

The house is only a few minutes walk from the high street, supermarket, park and Warley Woods etc. There are plenty of bus connections close by and easy commute into town. We also have parking available on our driveway and on the road.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is new to Birmingham and can bring some kind of skill or sprinkle some magic fairy dust. It is who you live with that makes all the difference.
