We're looking for a new flatmate to join our dysfunctional family. We will have a fully furnished double room available from 1st of Feb
There's 4 of us living in the house all professionals in late 20s early 30s and a cat. We're quite social, from time to time we're organising a movie nights, playing boardgames or we're going out but at the same time we respect our own space and need for some quiet time.
There are 4 rooms in the house, 1 ensuite occupied by a couple which leaves the other bathroom shared by the rest of us. 2 broadband lines to ensure stable WiFi, big garden to chill out in the summer, driveway with 1 more parking space.

The house is in B20 area so u takes around 20 min by bus to get to the city centre
